Elite Coaching. Real-Life Gymnastics.
Since 2016, Tennessee Elite Gymnastics has been building strong, confident athletes in Lenoir City — from 18-month-olds to national-level competitors.
Our Story
Ten Years in Loudon County.
TEG opened its doors in 2016 with a simple idea: children deserve coaching held to an elite standard, in programs that fit real family life.
A decade later, one of our very first athletes — Makayla Lu — has trained through Level 10 and now coaches our Compulsory team. Our staff includes a former national team head coach and an SEC champion. And our athletes compete from in-house meets to State, Regional and national championships.
We still believe what we believed on day one: gymnastics builds strong bodies, brave minds and confident kids — and every child deserves to be coached well.
Safety
Safe by Design.
Parents trust us with what matters most. We take that seriously — every class, every skill, every day.
Early Childhood Specialists
Our youngest athletes are taught by staff who understand how toddlers and preschoolers learn.
Earned Progressions
Skills are taught step by step and earned — never rushed. Athletes move up when they are ready.
Small Classes
Smaller groups mean more spotting, more active time and more attention for every child.
Clean & Organized
A clean, spacious, well-organized facility — the first thing many families notice.
Watch Every Class
Our parent viewing area means you can see every minute of your child’s class.
