Girls Gymnastics.
RisingStars is our recreational girls program — real gymnastics on all four events, with clear levels and the chance to perform in our in-house meets.
From a first cartwheel to a polished routine, RisingStars is where girls grow in strength, confidence and grace — with coaching that takes every skill seriously.
Clear Levels, Visible Progress
Classes are grouped by age and skill so every gymnast is challenged at the right level:
- Bronze — beginner. Body positions, rolls, cartwheels and safe landings.
- Silver — intermediate. Connecting skills and building strength for the next step.
- Gold — advanced. Harder skills, cleaner technique and full routines.
All Four Events
Every class rotates through vault, bars, beam and floor, with conditioning and flexibility built in. Music, games and races keep the energy high — the structure keeps the progress real.
In-House Meets
RisingStars gymnasts learn real routines and get to perform them in our in-house meets — a confidence-building first taste of competition in a friendly setting.
Ready to Compete?
Girls who want more can move into our Xcel team (ages 5 and up) or be invited to our pre-team program on the path to Compulsory and Optional levels.
